Christmas gift wrapping

For me, then wrapping the half part of the gift. And when it gets in July, I can really get driven my desire to pack the gifts into us to give away the way I want. So the gifts given away, they can decorate at home.

In this article I will show 4 various gift packs. The classic, the simple, the alternative, and the modern. How simple and easy it can be done, so everyone can join.

Here is the classic wrapper, red and white:

I wrapped the gift into the pattern paper. As a band, I used some red crepe from one roll. On top of a lace and sequin band then.

During the band, on top of the package, there is an old crochet lace napkin, I have found in recycling.

Above I have put a solid roof with a small pinch. Tag has been a star punches out. Finally, I garnished with a star in the paper.

The simple gift, is almost entirely in white, but with a little touch of gold.

I wrapped the gift into the printer paper. On top is made a paper doily, which is placed a white ribbon around the package.

Top, there is still a paper doily. Then a doily is made with a die, where I have used a book page. Above the, I have set a “Glübers”, I have sprinkled gold glitter on top.

Easy, but very powerful.

Here is the alternative:

Alternative, because I chose purple. Many do not see purple as a Christmas color, but I think it is a flot dispute.

I have chosen no ordinary gift wrap in purple, and on top of a giant paper doily.

As a band, I have chosen Bakers Twine in purple, and sequin band.

On top I put a giant felt flower I've made (as a little extra gift), and a roof with a clamp on.

And then finally, the modern:

Modern, because it is fun and silly, but the trend stuff. I've wrapped in retro wallpaper. Around the, is there a yellow ribbon and pink nylon leash.

As decorations, I've put a toy elephant made of plastic. One could easily have decorated it with glitter, or painted in a beautiful color.

I hope I have been inspired to do more with gift wrapping. And if time pinch, as nothing more than to do it a couple of gifts.

Very inspiring! I plan to wrap up this year's Christmas gifts in kraft paper, and decorate with sticky tape, figures in Hamaperler and tags… Did very well with the elephant – it may well be I adopts the idea :)
