One stamp in four ways.

Author and designer Karina Beck

I will show, how to use the same stamp in four different ways. I have chosen to use stamped CG271 Large Blossom from Hero Arts. All text stamps are also from Hero Arts.

First card is stamped ordinary.

I have used Mid Tone Shadow Inks from Hero Arts as ink.

On the next two cards, I have white embosse stamped. When I embosse I always use my Powder tool first, which puts a fine layer of powder on the paper, so I only get embossing powder exactly, where I want it.

This card, I colored with Copic markers.

Here I have colored with Distress Ink Wild Honey.

And finally you have an example of, how it looks, when embosse with white pattern on paper.

I hope, that i can use my little How to. Ask finally, if there is something to be explained further.

You use your Powder toll throughout the paper. It puts a fine layer of powder over the entire. So you label your stamp with Versa Mark and pour embossing powder on. It is then obtained by the side of the piston will not accumulate because of the fine powder to the paper. The powder works antistatic.
I hope, explain that this was probably, otherwise just ask again.

Reply to Karen Louise: Powder tool is the tiny bottle in the picture, containing powder. Before embosser, run the brush ( bottle ) across the paper and embosser as usual. The powder makes embossingpulveret, which is outside of the piston, not going to get stuck.
